To perform a speed test on your iOS device:

1. Start VPNPro and connect to any virtual location
2. Go to http://www.bandwidthplace.com/
3. Important: The speed test should be performed in the same location you’re connected to. Tap on the server drop-down list and set the country to the same virtual location that you selected in VPNPro, or the closest possible location to the selected virtual location
4. Wait for the test to finish and take a screenshot of the results.
5. While VPNPro still on, open a new tab and get your IP address here. Take a screenshot of the IP and location that is displayed.
6. Disconnect VPNPro.
7. Go to http://www.bandwidthplace.com/ again. Test your speed using the same country you previously selected and take a screenshot of the results.

Here's how to access Netflix or (almost) any other streaming service with VPNPro:

1. Make sure you are a Premium user;
2. Close Netflix app/other streaming service;
3. Open a dropdown virtual location list;
4. Select “United States – Streaming” location (or any other location that has “Streaming” in the name);
5. Open Netflix app/other streaming service;
6. Disconnect VPNPro.
7. Enjoy unrestricted access.

There are a few reasons why you may not be able to access a specific website:

1. You are using VPNPro while you are not a Premium user: In this case, when accessing some sites such as Netflix or adult sites, you will see a payment wall;
2. If you are using the iOS device and not a Premium user you will see a captive portal. In both cases to resolve this issue, you need to become a Premium user;
3. The website that you are trying to access has your cookies: In this case, you will need to clear your cookies and try to access the site once again;
4. There is an actual problem with our servers: If have already cleared cookies and you have a Premium subscription, then it is likely that there is an issue with our servers. If this happens, please contact our support.
